Soccer can be a year-round sport in Nova Scotia!  Players move indoors, to school gyms, community centers and indoor turf fields for practices and games.  

The indoor soccer game is smaller, faster and made for speed!  It's played on a smaller indoor turf with 7 players aside and some rule modifications, making it fast and fun!  Expect lots of action (no offside rule) and high scoring games!

 

NS INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUE

Divisions U12 – U18 and Senior Men’s/Women’s

16 Games / season (end of October – mid-March)

All Divisions play 7v7 on smaller field

1 Game per weekend @ BMO Soccer Center, Halifax

1 weekday Practice/week at local school gyms

*Saturday Games – Divisions U15/U18/Senior Women

*Sunday Games – Divisions U12/U13/Senior Men
